Administrators responsible for room management.
Administrator role is required.
This article explains how to create a new facility within the platform.
1. Adding a facility
To add a facility:
- Open the Administration menu.
Select the Data Manager.

Switch to the Room tab.

Click Create New Facility.

Enter a Facility Code.

Enter the full Facility Name.

Enter a Facility Short Name for ease of reference.

Select a Location for the facility.
If the location is missing from the dropdown, you can create one.
Click Save.
