Adding a room
Who is this article for?
Administrators responsible for room management.
Administrator role is required.
This article walks you through the process of creating a new room in your platform.
1. Adding a room
To add a room:
- Open the Administration menu.
Select the Data Manager.

Switch to the Room tab.

Click Create New Room.

Enter a Room Name.

Enter a Room Code.

Select a Room Type.

Choose a Facility associate with the room.

Enter a Department Name.
This helps assign the room to the correct organisational unit.
Click Save.
