Administrator role is required.
Room types let you categorise similar rooms within an organisation. This helps manage recurring inspections and reports efficiently, ensuring consistency across large organisation.
This article explains how to create a new room type within the platform.
1. Adding a room type
To add a room type:
- Open the Administration menu.

Select the Data Manager.

Switch to the Room Types tab.

Click Create New Room Type.

Enter a Room Type Description.

Set the Inspection Requirement.
It should be set to Yes if you'll be setting inspections based on room type.

Click Save.
