2021 Q1-1A

Incident Management and OSHA Recordkeeping

• Increased character limit on text box fields to 500 in OSHA301 PDF.

Permit Authorizations

• Dropdown questions that select Department now show Code along with Name and related Organization.
• Provided a permit type setting to show/hide the Print Forms button under Permit Authorization info page.
• Dropdown question default listing is set to a maximum of 500 options.

2021 Q1-3

Inspections and Observations

• Included an option to continue an inspection within “Pending Inspections.”
• Added location-based action statements which display different comments for an action, based on a location, even for same question.

Incident Management

• Created a scheduled script which will update “Away from days (osha_total_days)” in “DART days” if a return-to-work date was not given.
• Now, separate section emails can be configured for each section of an Incident.

Compliance Calendar

• Now we can add multiple notifications for Classifications/ Events/ Assignments under Compliance Calendar.

Dashboards and Analytics

• An “Assignee” filter was added to Corrective Actions.
• Two new components, “corrective actions by asset type (pie chart)” and “corrective actions by inspection type (pie chart),” were added to the Corrective Actions dashboard.

Laboratory Assessment Tool and Chemical Hygiene (LATCH)

• On E-signature Block, a light gray watermark of “SIGN HERE” is added to the signature box.
• The phone number will automatically be pulled from a user’s details if selected in Laboratory Assessment Tooland Chemical Hygiene (LATCH) as an emergency contact.
• Added a simple excel export of all disposed inventory including fully disposed containers/chemicals, as well as partial disposals.

Permit Authorizations

• Added a preview of what a user is about to approve while approving a permit.
• Added ability for admins to archive comments under a permit application.
• No results will show in the main Permits table until “Apply Filters” is clicked, allowing admins to speed up load times for these users.
• Added a new “bioagents” dropdown list and added an import template for the same.
• Distribution of checkbox collection questions into the columns in “Forms.”
• Added ribbon coloring to array questions to distinguish between each question when the permit form is in an unlocked state.
• Now automated emails will be sent to the person responsible for permit sub forms, based on reminder interval set. A permit type configuration has been added to turn on/off this functionality.

Data Manager

• Added a training completion date to the training table.
• Now we can print submitted RAD applications/amendments under the “Permits” Tab in DM.

Other

• Two SafetyStratus Administrator settings, “Enable Print in Permit Review” and “Add File to print in Permit Review,” were added.
• Adjusted all Excel export buttons in the application so that the export content is based on filters (not based on pagination.)
• Added review comments to Inspection Data export.

2021 Q4-1

Inspections and Observations

• Added a feasibility for saving comments without answering any questions while doing inspection.
• Introduced a new “no login” link to display all open actions based on the User’s role permissions.
• Users can get this link through the following ways:
  • DM – Users – User profile – Send CA Link (It will send no login CA link to the users’ emails.)
  • Corrective Actions – Send CA Link – Send Link (It will send no login CA link to the users’ emails.)
  • After completion of Inspection (In Inspection Action mail.)
  • Creating action (In Inspection Report mail.)
• Details regarding the “no login” open actions page:
  • No login link is Generated with a token – this token will expire within 180 days (by default.)
  • When the user hits an expired no login link, an expiry message will be displayed and a new login link will be sent to the user.
  • New Email type created for this CA no login link – Email Type – CA link notification.
  • Email variable for CA no login link – nologinCAlink.
  • A new role has been introduced – SAM Safety Officer allows users to view all the open actions from a vendor or company, whichever they belong to.
  • Users who were not assigned this role can only view their assigned open actions.
  • It is now possible to assign role to Roster while creating a new Inspection and also from DM -> Groups -> Edit Group -> Membership.

Chemical Inventory and SDS

• Added “Not Found – Create Entry” option to compound search results dropdown.

Dashboards and Analytics

• Created new in-App Dashboards for SAM Inspections and SAM Corrective Actions.

Permit Authorizations

• Expanded view permission for permits from separate menu so that user x has dept A/Org B under user inspection permissions then that user will see their permits and the permits of the users who are in that Dept A/ Org B.
• It is now possible to search rooms with building code, building name, room name and room code under permit applications.

Radiation Safety

• Displaying waste container contents on both LATCH Disposal page and the Data Manager Disposal page. Added a toggle show/hide setting for the contents button to Edit Settings > RAD.
• User details in waste pickup data table are shown whenever the user performs waste pick up, also included are that user’s details in the pickup schedules export files.

Data Manager

• Added actions questions in actions reports under data manager/exports.
• Added User Tags field to PI Room List export.

2021 Q4-3

Inspections and Observations

• The Data Manager view for Users/ Rooms/ Assets includes more complete recent inspections listings.
• Provided new option for assigning inspections to Admins as well as inspectors.

Laboratory Assessment Tool and Chemical Hygiene (LATCH)

• New users added as rosters in the Laboratory Assessment Tool & Chemical Hygiene (LATCH) will now get the sign option for the most recent assessment.
• In Laboratory Assessment Tool & Chemical Hygiene (LATCH), now the privileged user (PI) can finalize the assessment through the report link sent in the lab assessment report email itself rather than just view the result.

Permit Authorizations

• When selecting a permit to amend or renew, now users can see the permits which they have submitted previously.
• Updated permit creation logic to base expiration date on issue date, when not explicitly set.
