Getting started with license management
Who is this article for?
Administrators who need to review, manage, and report on radiation licenses and associated line items.
Administrator permissions are required.
This article explains how administrators view and manage radiation licenses, line items, and related limits within the system.
1. License management overview
The license management area allows administrators to review all active and historical radiation licenses configured for their site. This includes license details, associated line items, possession limits, and current usage levels.
Administrators can access this page by navigating to data manager and selecting license.
The license table provides quick visibility into key information, including:
- License and line item names.
- Line numbers.
- Radioisotopes.
- Possession limits.
- Total quantity currently tracked in inventory.
- Percentage of usage relative to the allowed limit.
Built‑in filters allow users to search by license name, isotope, possession limit, or other line item details. A unit toggle lets administrators switch between curies (Ci) and becquerels (Bq) depending on reporting needs. Filtered results can be exported by selecting Export.
