1. Site roles
| Role | Description |

| General User | Can view and complete assigned tasks, training, and incidents. May submit new reports based on module configuration. |
| Area Manager | Oversees a department or group of users. May review inspections and monitor progress on assigned corrective actions. |
| Inspector | Conducts inspections, assigns corrective actions, and submits findings. Inspection permissions may be restricted by location or template. |
| Administrator | Full access to all system settings, data management options, and configuration menus. Typically limited to EHS or IT administrators. |
