Each course includes several administrative actions to allow you to manage it efficiently.
This article explains the actions in detail.
1. Actions
All actions are listed in the Actions column in the training list.
Below is a table explaining each action, from left to right.
| Icon | Action | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Pencil | Edit Course | Update details such as duration, description, or calendar linkage. |
| Users | View User Records | Display all users assigned this course and their completion status. |
| Link | Assign Training | Assign the course to individual users or groups. |
| QR Code | Generate QR Code | Generate a course QR code to record completion for in-person sessions. Useful for toolbox talks or field training. |
Example
A construction safety coordinator may print the QR code for Equipment Orientation and have workers scan it after the session to instantly record completion.
