Organizing the inventory table

Users who need to organise the inventory table.
No special access or permissions are required.
The inventory table offers several tools to help you sort, filter, and export your container data efficiently.
1. Sorting data by column headers
To sort your data, click any column title, such as expiration date, hazard code, or location. This allows you to quickly organise containers based on the criteria most relevant to your work.
2. Switching between all containers and your own
Use the All / Mine toggle to switch between viewing all containers you are allowed to see and only those owned by you or your Principal Investigator (PI). This helps you focus on the specific inventory you need to manage.
3. Exporting inventory data
To export your data, click the Export button to download the current dataset as a CSV file. The export includes all visible fields, making it ideal for audits or offline analysis.
