Tracking safety training
Who is this article for?
Users who need to track safety training.
Administrator role is required.
The Training tab displays the current status of all required safety training for everyone in your laboratory.
1. Viewing training status
Each laboratory member appears in their own section. Under each person, you can see a list of their assigned trainings and the status of each (Current, Expired, or Needed).
2. Adding training to laboratory members
To assign training to laboratory members, follow these steps:
- Use the Select Training dropdown to choose the training course you want to assign.
- Click Add Training to All Lab Personnel to assign it to everyone, or click Add Selected Training next to an individual's name to assign it to just them.
Tip: You can also click Add Training from most recent Latch assessment to automatically pull in training requirements from your last completed assessment.
3. Removing training from laboratory members
To remove a training from someone
- Click the red X next to the training item under their name.
