Customising help text on LATCH pages

Administrator role is required.
The Instructions tab allows you to customise the help text that appears at the top of each page in LATCH, providing guidance to users as they navigate through different sections.
1. Understanding the Instructions tab
The Instructions tab contains settings for customising help text across LATCH. Each setting corresponds to a specific page or step in the system, and the text you enter appears as guidance at the top of that page.
Note: HTML can be used in this section. We recommend that anyone making updates is comfortable working with HTML and reviewing their changes, as small edits can sometimes impact formatting or display.
2. Configuring instruction settings
The following table shows each instruction setting and where it appears in LATCH:

| Dashboard Welcome Message | The introductory text shown when a user first opens LATCH |
| Personnel Instructions | Instructions shown on the Personnel tab |
| Equipment Instructions | Instructions shown on the Equipment tab |
| Training Instructions | Instructions shown on the Training tab |
| Inventory Instructions | Instructions shown on the Inventory tab |
| Orders Instructions | Instructions shown on the Orders tab |
| Select Scope Instructions | Instructions shown when starting a new assessment (Step 1) |
| Activity Assessment Instructions | Instructions shown during the activity review step |
| Attachments Instructions | Instructions shown on the Attachments step |
| Notes Instructions | Instructions shown on the Notes step |
| Review Assessment Instructions | Instructions shown on the final review step |
