- Action All/Mine - Show all corrective actions you have permission to see or just ones assigned to you.
- Training All/Mine - Show all training assignments or just ones assigned to you.
- Compliance Events All/Mine - Show all compliance events or just ones assigned to you.
Quick filters are ideal for end users who only need to see their own responsibilities.
2. Advanced filters
These are available to Administrators and can be used to refine results by:
- Program, subprogram, or framework
- Assignment type
- Status (Open, Closed, Overdue, Inactive)
- Inspection type
- Department/Building
- Location
- User tags
- Assigned inspectors
Example
Academia - A lab manager can filter by Chemical Safety Program to view lab-specific events.
Construction - A construction supervisor can filter by Fall Protection Framework to track daily scaffold checks.
Manufacturing - A safety officer can filter by Machine Guarding Subprogram to find overdue inspections.
Combine date range filters with advanced filters to focus on short-term priorities, such as inspections due in the next two weeks.
