Adding a framework

Administrators responsible for framework management.
Administrator role is required.
Frameworks define the exact timing and frequency of events, specifying when and how often they occur. They also set conditions that must be met for an event to be completed, ensuring a clear and structured event management process.
This article explains how you can create a new framework.
1. Adding a framework
To add a new framework:
- Navigate to the Program Builder.
- Switch to the Framework tab.
- Click + Framework.
- Select a Program Name from the dropdown.
This is the parent program the new subprogram will belong to. - Choose a Sub Program from the dropdown.
This is the parent subprogram the framework falls under. The available options are filtered based on the program selected. - Enter a Framework Title.
- Add a Framework Description.
- Set the Framework Frequency.
This determines how often events are generated. - Select a Framework Frequency Type.
This decides if future events are:- Dependent - Event is only created once the previous one is closed.
- Independent - Events are generated on schedule regardless of completion status.
- Determine if the event will Require Attachments to Close.
- Choose a Status.
Setting a program to active enables it and allows additional subprograms, frameworks, and events to be built under it. - Click Save.
