Frameworks define the exact timing and frequency of events, specifying when and how often they occur. They also set conditions that must be met for an event to be completed, ensuring a clear and structured event management process.

This article shows you where you can find frameworks within your platform.

1. Viewing frameworks

To view frameworks:

1. Navigate to the Program Builder.
2. Switch to the Framework tab.

From this page, you can:

• see a quick count of frameworks
• review a list of configured frameworks
• use the search bar to quickly look up frameworks by name
• refine results with filters
• add a new framework
• edit an existing framework
