Editing a framework
Who is this article for?
Administrators responsible for framework management.
Administrator role is required.
Frameworks define the exact timing and frequency of events, specifying when and how often they occur. They also set conditions that must be met for an event to be completed, ensuring a clear and structured event management process.
This article shows you how you can modify an existing framework.
1. Editing a framework
To edit an existing framework:
- Navigate to the Program Builder.
- Switch to the Framework tab.
- Click Edit (Pencil icon) next to the desired framework.
- Make required changes.
- Click Save.
Be cautious when making edits, as changes may:
- Alter the frequency or requirements of future compliance events.
- Cascade down to users with already assigned tasks.
- Affect compliance reporting metrics.
For example, changing a “Quarterly” fire drill framework to “Monthly” will immediately increase the number of events generated and assigned to safety managers.
