Administrator role is required.
Events, or Calendar Events, help you schedule, assign, and track recurring compliance activities across your organisation.
This article shows you how you can modify an existing event.
1. Editing an event
Editing an event does not retroactively change past records, and updates will only apply to future events. forward.
To edit an event:
- Navigate to the Program Builder.
- Switch to the Calendar Events tab.
- Click Edit (Pencil icon) next to the desired event.
- Make required changes to Event Details.
Not all details can be updated once an event is created.
Changing the Responsible User will reassign ownership but won’t remove historical activity. Always confirm the new assignee is aware of their responsibility.
- Make changes to the Assignment Status as needed.
Use Inactive for temporary pauses (e.g., seasonal tasks) and Archived for events that are no longer relevant. This helps keep reporting clean without losing historical data.
- Click Save.
