Safety Data Sheets (SDS) books are PDFs containing SDS records for a filtered set of inventory items.

This article explains how to generate one.

1. Creating an SDS book

To create an SDS book:

1. Navigate to the SDS page.
2. Select from the available filters:
   • Container Owner
   • Room
   • Location

3. Click Export SDS.

A university EHS officer generates SDS books for all teaching labs at the start of each semester.
