Syncing Safety Data Sheets (SDS) records with the global catalogue

Administrator role is required.
To ensure your Safety Data Sheets (SDS) remain accurate, you can update the local records by syncing them with the global catalogue.
This article explains how to perform the synchronisation.
1. Syncing SDS records
To sync SDS records:
- Navigate to the Data Manager.
- Switch to the SDS tab.
- Click Sync All SDS.
This will generate a pop up.
- Click Yes to confirm.
The system will automatically attempt to match and update your organisation’s SDS records with the most current information available in the global SDS catalogue.
This option replaces all manually entered SDS information across the system with the most recent synced data.
