Completing a reconciliation
Who is this article for?
Users responsible for performing a reconciliation.
Active internet connection is required.
The app allows you to reconcile physical inventory with the Chemical Management System (CMS) by scanning containers in a selected room.
This article explains how to start and resume an in-progress reconciliation.
1. Starting reconciliation
To start a reconciliation:
- Tap Reconciliation.
- Enter your Employee ID.
- Select a Building.
- Choose a Room.
- Scan container tags or barcodes.
- Review scan results.
- Tap Complete to upload results.
Alternatively, tap Save Data to finish later.
You can resume a previously saved reconciliation at any time.
2. Resuming reconciliation
To resume a reconciliation:
- Go to the Home screen.
- Tap Continue Reconciliation.
- Review the list of saved reconciliations.
- Tap Continue to resume.
Alternatively, tap Discard to delete the saved session.
3. Viewing reconciliation
Once reconciliation data is uploaded from the mobile device, it can be reviewed in the CMS web interface.
To view reconciliation data:
- Open Administration.
- Access the Data Manager.
- Switch to the Reconciliation tab.
- Click View (Eye icon) next to the reconciliation.
