Accessing admin-only exports
Who is this article for?
Administrators responsible for monitoring reports.
Administrator role is required.
In addition to regular reports, you also have access to exports to help you better monitor areas of your system.
This article shows you where you can access those.
1. Accessing exports
To access exports:
- Open Administration.
- Select Data Manager.
- Switch to the Export tab.
From here, you can export any of the available exports.
2. Available exports
| Export | Description |
|---|---|
| NFPA Ratings by Room - Average | Average hazard ratings per category for each room. |
| NFPA Ratings by Room - Maximum | Max hazard rating per category for each room. |
| Export Chemical Inventory | Full site export of all chemical records. |
| Export Disposal Inventory | Disposed containers and ownership changes. |
| CFATS Report | Totals for DHS Chemicals of Interest. This report needs to be enabled by our Support team before it can be exported. |
