Reconciliation is the process of matching your physical chemical inventory to what’s recorded in the system. This ensures your records are accurate, compliant, and ready for audits or emergencies.
This article explains how to finalise a reconciliation once all discrepancies have been addressed.
1. Finalising a reconciliation
To finalise a reconciliation:
- Open Administration.
- Select Data Manager.
- Switch to Chemicals and Compounds.
- Click Finalize Inventories.
This will lock the result and save them to the permanent history.
Once finalised, no further edits can be made to that reconciliation session.
