SAM (Safety Activity Management) Inspections use a slightly different interface with dedicated buttons for logging safe and unsafe observations.

1. Logging observations

Use the plus and minus buttons to record safe and unsafe observations during your inspection:

• Plus next to Safe or Unsafe – adds a safe or unsafe action
• Minus next to Safe – reduces the safe count
• Minus next to Unsafe – opens the Actions page to remove an unsafe action

2. Managing groups and rosters

To manage group assignments and rosters:

1. Tap a group type on the Questions page to browse child and parent groups.
2. Select a group.
3. Tap Roster to manage who is assigned.
4. Add users or create new rosters as needed.
