Use the Reporting tile in the mobile app to access and submit incident report forms.
1. Accessing incident forms
To open the incident forms list:
- Tap the Reporting tile.
- Select the form you want to use from the list.
The form opens in web view.

2. Submitting an incident report
To submit your incident report:
- Complete all required fields in the form.
- Tap Submit to send your report.
