The Finalize page allows you to add optional information across five tabs before submitting your inspection.

1. Understanding the available tabs

The Finalize page provides five tabs where you can add supplementary information to your inspection:

• Items – attach items from the Item list
• Training – link training records
• Files – attach photos from your library or camera
• Follow-Up – link follow-up actions
• Notes – add or edit your inspection note

2. Accessing the Items tab

Use the Items tab to attach relevant items from your Item list to the inspection.

3. Accessing the Files tab

Use the Files tab to attach photos from your device library or camera.

4. Accessing the Notes tab

Use the Notes tab to add or edit notes related to your inspection.

5. Accessing the Training tab

Use the Training tab to link relevant training records to the inspection.

6. Accessing the Follow-Up tab

Use the Follow-Up tab to link follow-up actions that need to be completed.
