Find, inspect, and create assets from one central location using the search bar, location picker, or barcode scanner.

1. Finding an asset

You can locate assets using three methods:

• Search bar for quick text-based searches
• Location picker to browse by physical location
• Barcode scanner for instant asset identification

2. Inspecting an asset

To inspect an asset:

1. Select the asset you want to inspect.
2. Tap Inspect.
3. Choose a template from the available options.
4. Select the relevant department.
5. Assign rosters as needed.
6. Tap Start Inspection.
7. Complete the inspection form.

After completing the inspection, you can:

• Return to the Home page
• Go back to Asset Management
• Share the inspection report
