Who is this article for?

All users who need to view closed actions, and administrators who need to reopen them.

Admin access required to reopen actions.

The Recently Closed Actions section displays actions that have been completed, allowing you to review their details and, if you have admin permissions, reopen them if necessary.

1. Viewing recently closed actions

The Recently Closed Actions section shows actions that have been closed. By default, the view is set to Show Mine, displaying only actions assigned to you.

To view the inspection report for a closed action:

1. Locate the action in the Recently Closed Actions list.
2. Click on the action to open its details.
3. Select View Inspection Report.

2. Reopening a closed action

Administrators can reopen closed actions if they need to be addressed again.

To reopen a closed action:

1. Navigate to the Recently Closed Actions section.
2. Locate the action you want to reopen.
3. Click the Re-open button.

Note: Only users with administrator permissions can reopen closed actions.
