No special access or permissions are required.

View all finished inspections in web view, filter results, and export inspection data.

1. Accessing completed inspections

The completed inspections view displays all finished inspections and provides options to filter, view, and export inspection data.

Use the Show All and Show Mine options to switch between viewing all completed inspections or only those assigned to you.

2. Filtering inspection results

To narrow your inspection results:

1. Select the filter options to refine the displayed inspections.
2. Apply your chosen criteria to update the results list.

3. Viewing individual inspection reports

To view a specific inspection report:

1. Select the inspection from the list.
2. Review the inspection details and report information.
3. Use the share option to distribute the report to other users.

4. Exporting inspection data

To export all completed inspection data:

1. Select the Export option.
2. Choose your preferred export format.
3. Save the exported file to your desired location.
