Managing extension requests
Who is this article for?Administrators who need to review and respond to user extension requests.
Admin access required.
Administrators can view all extension requests submitted by users and approve or deny each request with a new due date.
1. Viewing extension requests
All extension requests from users appear in a centralised view where you can review and respond to each one.
To filter pending requests:
- Locate the Status filter.
- Select Pending.
The view displays only requests awaiting your response.
2. Responding to requests
You can approve or deny each extension request individually.
To respond to a request:
- Review the request details.
- Select Approve to grant the extension with a new due date, or select Deny to reject the request.
Note: General users who select Show All on Open or Closed Actions will see a warning, as that view is restricted to Admin and Inspector roles.
