The Incidents section allows you to view, manage, and export both open and closed incident records in web view.

1. Viewing open incidents

The Open Incidents view displays all active incident records and provides tools to manage them effectively.

You can perform the following actions:

• Filter records to find specific incidents
• Submit new incident reports
• View tasks organised by incident type
• Export all incident data
• Review incident records
• Archive incidents
• Share incident information
• Request signatures on incident records

2. Viewing closed incidents

The Closed Incidents view displays all completed incident records and allows you to search and export historical data.

You can perform the following actions:

• Use filters to search for specific closed incidents
• Export closed incident data
• Export data organised by incident type
